The entries were reviewed and the calculations completed, and this year 77 companies were honored as Best Places to Work finalists at the Buffalo RiverWorks celebration on March 16. To determine the finalists, employees were asked to take the Quantum Workplace employee engagement survey. This survey was designed to measure six key engagement categories: communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership.
The winners of this prestigious award are chosen 100% based on the results of the survey, making it a true testament to the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our employees. We are so proud to be recognized as one of Buffalo’s Best Places to Work and look forward to continuing to create an environment where our employees can thrive.
