28.6 Billion Dollar Restaurant Revitalization Fund

Our business law team is dedicated to helping the hard-hit restaurant business owners stay informed of post COVID-19 pandemic opportunities to recover and to thrive. The American Rescue Plan Act Established a $28.6 Billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) within the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). These funds will help to revitalize the restaurant industry across the country. As of today, April 1, 2021 there is limited guidance available on exactly when the SBA will begin accepting applications. As more information is made available we will continue to update our clients.

Below you will find a Restaurant Revitalization Fund information sheet that covers grants, PPP loan funds, distribution, eligibility, application process, and more. There is a lot of information to look through, if you have any questions or concerns about your eligibility, what the funds can be used for, or more please reach out to business law partners Jamie Batt, Ben Burge or David Pfalzgraf. Our business law team is always willing to help you navigate through these type of guidelines. We hope to see the restaurants in our community utilize this fund to bring back the great culinary culture of Western New York in a post COVID world.
