Today, Rupp Pfalzgraf celebrates its 25th Anniversary of launching a one-of-a-kind law firm. Since opening our doors on April 24, 2000, we’ve built something truly special, and we couldn’t be more proud or grateful for how far we’ve come.
What began with three attorneys and a big vision has grown into a full-service law firm with seven offices across New York State, 23 practice groups, 80 attorneys, and over 160 employees. While we’ve grown and evolved, the values that our firm was built on remain the same. We lead with innovation, collaborate, treat our team like family, and always put our clients first. Every day, we strive to not just be exceptional attorneys, but exceptional people. That’s what has driven us forward for 25 years.
This meaningful milestone is a testament to so many people, including our dedicated team of attorneys, paralegals, and administrative professionals, valued clients, and the community that has supported us every step of the way. We are deeply appreciative and thankful to everyone who has been part of our story.
