As a Human Resources Manager, my goal is to support employees throughout their lifecycle with the firm while ensuring the organization operates effectively. I believe an organization’s greatest asset is its people, and I’m fortunate that my role allows me to work alongside individuals to support, develop, and grow talent. I approach my work by building trust, maintaining an open-door environment, and leading with empathy.

My career has provided the opportunity to work with organizations ranging from small teams of 20 employees to large companies with more than 22,000. These experiences have broadened my perspective and strengthened my ability to adapt and lead in a variety of environments. Along the way, I have learned valuable lessons from both successes and challenges, using those experiences to shape my growth and help guide and develop others.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, going for walks with our dogs Bruno and Sugar, and playing video games. My husband and I stay busy attending events and cheering on our two daughters in their after-school activities. I proudly embrace my role as a Dance and Softball Mom!
