Adam Brasky works in our banking and creditors’ rights group. Adam joined Rupp Pfalzgraf in 2016 and is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law. In 2018, Adam was named to the Buffalo Business First 30 under 30 list, and in 2022, he was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. In his spare time, Adam is a varsity and youth basketball coach, serves on the young professionals’ board for Kevin Guest House, and is on the board of Healthy Buffalo.
Ricky Luthra works in our business law group. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions, business succession planning, and general contract review. Ricky joined Rupp Pfalzgraf in 2017 and is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. In 2022, Ricky was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. Outside of work, Ricky serves on the board of the Amherst Generations Foundation where he is the chair of the finance committee. He has also served on the board of Be Your Own Hero and WNY Stem Hub. Ricky is a member of the minority Bar Foundation.
