We’re thrilled to announce our newest partners and equity partners! As of January 1, 2024, Rupp Pfalzgraf has proudly promoted three accomplished individuals to the esteemed ranks of equity partner and one outstanding associate to partner.
Kyle DiDone, a valuable member of our banking & creditors’ rights group, has ascended to equity partner status. Kyle had been with Rupp Pfalzgraf since 2008. Kyle’s involvement spans beyond legal expertise; he’s a member of the Erie County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and contributes significantly as a Boy Scout Post 444 Adult Volunteer. He has earned him recognition on the Upstate New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars list twice. Kyle is an alumnus of the University at Buffalo School of Law, graduating in 2007.
Caitlyn Shank, a vital part of our family law practice group, is now an equity partner. Caitlyn joined the firm in 2019. She’s a proud member of the Erie County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and serves on the Fourth Department’s Attorney for the Child panel. Her exceptional legal skills earned her a spot on the Upstate New York Super Lawyers, Rising Star list for eight consecutive years. Caitlyn completed her law degree at the University of Dayton School of Law in 2011.
Cory Weber, a well-respected individual in our insurance defense practice group, has achieved equity partner status. Cory has been with the firm since 2012. His engagement extends to actively participating in organizations such as the Erie County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Agricultural Programs Committee for the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Niagara. Cory has earned recognition as an Upstate New York Super Lawyer and Rising Star multiple times. He graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2010.
Jill Roloff has been promoted to the role of partner. Jill joined Rupp Pfalzgraf in 2017. She actively contributes to the Erie County Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association, New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and serves on the Civil Practice Law and Rules Committee for the New York Bar Association. Jill graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2015.
