Brandon had somewhat of an unconventional start, first joining our team as support staff when he was completing his undergraduate degree, then becoming a summer associate and law clerk, and eventually becoming an associate attorney at our firm. When he joined our firm, he knew that Rupp Pfalzgraf had a great reputation for collaboration with exceptional attorneys. Within his first month at the firm, he found it to be true and has stayed ever since.
What type of work does Brandon find the most rewarding within his practice?
In his practice, Brandon handles a variety of cases. One day he may be working on a commercial litigation issue, and the next day can bring a first-party insurance defense case. It’s rewarding for him to be able to apply what he learns from each type of case to make himself a better attorney and deliver his clients the best results.
What is a fun fact about Brandon?
Brandon is a dog lover, he has a three-year-old mini Australian Shepherd named Ollie.
What is Brandon’s best legal tip?
Brandon’s best legal tip is to keep as many things as you can in writing. If you find yourself in litigation, you want to be able to reference things. Many times, people will have a “he-said she-said” agreement, but it’s best to memorialize terms and contracts in writing. It makes them much easier to enforce.
