Who is Houston as an attorney?
Houston is an associate in our property insurance litigation practice group. He focuses primarily on first-party property cases. Houston was admitted to the practice of law in Massachusetts in November 2017. He was an Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Unit of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston, Massachusetts. He left that position last year after relocating to Buffalo, where he joined Rupp Baase Pfalzgraf Cunningham.

What is Houston’s most memorable case?
Houston’s most memorable case was a double homicide in Boston. A former apartment building employee entered the building and murdered a couple in the building. The case gained international attention.
Who is Houston outside of work?
Houston spends most of his time outside. In the summer, Houston enjoys boating and anything else on or around the water. He also enjoys hiking, walking, and biking. Houston and his wife even got into bird watching during the pandemic.
