Who is James as an attorney?
James is an associate in our banking & creditors’ rights practice group. James graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2015 with a degree in History. He then attended DePaul University College of Law and graduated in 2018. James joined Rupp Baase in the Fall of 2018.
Why did James decide to be a lawyer?
When James was little he would go see his dad do surgery. Through seeing his father’s career, James’ upbringing, and schooling it was instilled in him to give back to others, especially those less fortunate. James originally went to school for medicine but soon realized that he enjoyed reading, writing, and critical thinking. James realized he could combine those skills and his personal values of giving back into a career as an attorney.
What is James’ most memorable case?
James recently closed on an $80,000 negotiation for his client. It is memorable for James because the negotiations were pretty intense and the clients were very happy with the outcome.
Who is James outside of work?
James enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and dogs. He loves traveling. James plays hockey and skis in the winter. He is also an avid sports fan and loves going to Bills games.
