Why did Taylor become an attorney?
Taylor has always had an analytical mind. He loves to dive into a problem and work through it step by step, logically. When Taylor was in law school, he loved the old systems and logical rules of real property. This, he finds, works into the environmental stuff very nicely.
What is Taylor’s most memorable case?
Taylor’s most memorable case is one involving a boundary dispute. What is most noteworthy is that both sides are very passionate about it but the dispute only involves a foot of land.
Who is Taylor outside of work?
Taylor’s favorite thing to do outside of work is to play music. He is in a band called “Monarchs” where he plays bass guitar.
What is Taylor’s legal tip?
Settle early. Often times Taylor sees cases where the parties refuse to settle at first and put more time, and resources into the case only to end up settling with the original deal down the road.
