Rupp Pfalzgraf Featured in Buffalo Business First: 25 Years of Growth and New AI Practice Group

We are excited to share that Buffalo Business First recently featured our firm in an article that highlights our growth over the past 25 years and our continued commitment to innovation, including the launch of our new Artificial Intelligence practice group.

Founding partners Tony Rupp and David Pfalzgraf started the firm in 2000 with a clear vision and a “scrappy” forward-thinking approach. What began as a four-attorney firm in downtown Buffalo has grown into the fifth-largest law firm in Western New York, with more than 80 attorneys across seven offices statewide.

That same spirit of bold decision-making that fueled our growth is driving our next chapter, as we prepare to launch a dedicated Artificial Intelligence Practice Group, led by partner Chad Davenport, and continue integrating AI tools into our practice, including our pioneering role as the first to adopt Lexis+ AI, a legal research platform.

From drafting documents to analyzing complex legal data, adopting innovative AI technology is improving efficiency, maintaining compliance, and most importantly, helping us deliver cost-effective results for our clients.

As we look towards the future, David Pfalzgraf shared his vision for the next 25 years: ensuring our “team-first focus is embraced by the next generation,” which he believes will propel our continued growth.
