Dan Sarzynski, Partner at Rupp Pfalzgraf, has been elected as Chair of the Board of Governors of the Construction Exchange of Buffalo & WNY. Dan previously served as the organization’s Vice Chair, and prior to his term as Vice Chair, he served as the Secretary/Treasurer. The Construction Exchange is a not-for-profit organization that has served the construction industry for over 40 years. Its mission is to enhance the growth and prosperity of member companies by providing information, education, and communication for the construction industry. As the largest construction association in Western New York, the Construction Exchange is an influential advocate and steward for the promotion and advancement of the construction industry.
Dan is excited for the opportunity to lead the organization. He has spent his career representing contractors and other companies in the construction industry. He also has served as the President of the Niagara Frontier Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), and currently serves as the Chapter Attorney for the Subcontractors Association of Western New York (SAWNY). Dan hopes that his passion for the construction industry helps the Construction Exchange continue to grow and serve as a valuable resource for its members.
Dan has been an attorney at Rupp Pfalzgraf for 22 years. Dan leads the firm’s Construction Law practice group. Dan also leads the firm’s Banking & Creditors’ Rights practice group.
