Rupp Pfalzgraf Partner Dan Sarzynski will be moderating a panel discussion at the Construction Exchange of Buffalo & WNY’s Annual Membership Luncheon. Dan has been an attorney at Rupp Pfalzgraf for 22 years and is the leader of the firm’s Construction Law and Banking & Creditors’ Rights practice groups. Dan was elected as the Chair of the Board of Governors of the Construction Exchange earlier this year, previously serving as the organization’s Vice Chair.
The Construction Exchange of Buffalo & WNY is a not-for-profit organization that serves the Western New York construction industry. Its mission is to enhance the growth and prosperity of member companies by providing information, education, and communication. The Annual Membership Luncheon will take place on April 23rd at the Grand Aeries Ballroom, located at 500 Pearl. Mayor Byron Brown, Supervisor Brian Kulpa, and Mayor Robert Restaino will be the speakers of the panel discussion.
