Partner Dan Sarzynski will be presenting for the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) Buffalo Niagara Chapter on Tuesday, November 19. Dan leads our Construction Law and Banking & Creditors’ Rights groups and serves on the CFMA Buffalo Niagara Chapter’s Board of Directors.
He will deliver relevant legal updates on key topics including the 5% retainage law, the Wage Theft Prevention Act, new DOL payroll reporting requirements, prevailing wage requirements for hauling of aggregates, the Corporate Transparency Act, and more.
The event will begin with breakfast and networking at 7:30 a.m., followed by Dan’s presentation at 8 a.m. at the Buffalo Club. Both CFMA members and non-members are welcome to attend.
