The 40 Under 40 list recognizes Western New York professionals under the age of 40 who have achieved notable success in their careers and make significant contributions to the community. Jim is one of 40 winners chosen from nearly 200 nominees, joining a distinguished group of young professionals that includes doctors, attorneys, educators, and entrepreneurs.
Jim is truly deserving of this recognition. He consistently demonstrates a remarkable commitment to both his work and the community. His dedication is shown through his roles as an attorney advisor for New York’s statewide mock trial tournament and as Commissioner of the 14-team Lawyers’ Softball League in Western New York.
Jim’s achievements as an attorney are further highlighted by multiple recognitions, including being listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 2025, Buffalo Business First’s 30 Under 30 in 2016, and Upstate New York Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2016 to 2023.
