Cory Weber is a litigation attorney who focuses on defending individuals, municipalities, and businesses against injury claims. Drawing from over a decade of experience, he provides strategic counsel to clients facing complex claims. Mr. Weber has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict before juries across Western New York. He brings a detail-oriented approach to each case, working closely with clients to develop effective defense strategies while managing risk and controlling costs.

Also, as a member of the firm’s AI Practice Group, Mr. Weber plays a key role in advancing the firm’s innovation initiatives. He serves on the firm’s internal AI Task Force, where he helps evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance legal workflows. His recent work included working with our in-house developers to develop HIPAA-compliant systems for medical record retrieval and analysis, as well as other AI-driven tools to streamline litigation preparation and support efficient, cost-effective case management. This cross-disciplinary focus allows Mr. Weber to integrate cutting-edge technology with traditional litigation strategy to better serve clients.

Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Mr. Weber served as an Assistant County Attorney with Erie County. In that role, he gained valuable insight into the challenges faced by local governments, which he draws upon when defending municipal clients in his practice today.

Mr. Weber earned his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo Law School and was admitted to practice in New York State in 2011.

Outside work, Mr. Weber is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hunting, fishing, backpacking in the Adirondacks, and camping with his family.
