My ideal associate thrives on getting into the nitty-gritty details, coming up with practical solutions, and taking on hands-on legal work like depositions, court conferences, and direct communications with counsel, government agencies, and clients.

Compensation/Benefits:
We offer competitive pay relative to the small-firm environment and prioritize growth. We’re open to tailoring compensation to reward exceptional dedication, skill, and/or business development. Benefits include health insurance contributions, 401K with matching, and Bar association fees, among others. Our salary range will be $110,000 – $150,000 per year depending on your qualifications, business development potential, and experience.
