
Position: Legal Support Specialist

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Organize and maintain matter filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping for the firm
- Provide reception support as needed, including answering phones and assisting clients.
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative and filing projects as required.
- Handle large copy jobs and document preparation tasks.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties to support legal teams and office operations.
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate should have experience in a professional business setting.
- Must have strong organizational, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Requires minimal supervision and is self-directed.
Wage Range:
$17.00 – $21.00 per hour based on skillset and experience.
