Responsibilities:

  • Working with automobile, premises, and products liability cases.
  • Requesting and cataloging medical records.
  • Responding to discovery demands.
  • Reviewing and summarizing medical records.
  • Conducting investigations.
  • Assisting attorneys in organizing files and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of litigation experience is preferred.
  • Well-organized.
  • Have an interest in insurance law.
  • Excellent legal research skills.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • A self-starter.

Wage Information:

$23.00 – $30.00 per hour depending on experience and skillset.
