Position: Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Receive, review, verify, and process invoices, check requests, and expense reimbursements to be completed for payment.
• Maintain documentation of invoices and forms necessary for files.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and help maintain vendor relations.
• Maintain general ledger and billing filing.
• Assist as needed with credit card reconciliation, expense entry recording, etc.
• Provide support for various accounting tasks including but not limited to over-the-phone client payments, daily deposits, and basic reporting.
• Other miscellaneous duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of accounts payable experience.
• Must have experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.

Wage Information:  $20.00 – $22.00 per hour depending on experience and skillset.
