Who We Need: Our Business Law practice group is seeking a corporate attorney with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience to work in our Buffalo, NY law firm. We are looking for a lawyer who is hard working, self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced legal environment, and contributes to our positive culture.
Business Law Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Handling mergers and acquisitions
- Commercial contract negotiating, reviewing, and drafting
- Advising clients on business start-up matters including formation of the proper legal entity
- Advising clients on a broad array of general business matters
- Advising clients on business succession planning
Business Law Associate Attorney Requirements:
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- 2 to 5 years of experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced legal environment and in a team setting
- Strong interest in business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary Information:
$80,000 – $120,000 annually based on experience and skillset.
