Who We Need: Our litigation team is looking for an attorney with 5+ years of relevant experience to work in our Buffalo, NY law firm. We are looking for a lawyer who is hard working, self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced legal environment, and contributes to our positive culture.
Areas of Focus:
- Business disputes and dissolution
- Contract litigation
- Intellectual property litigation
- Partner and shareholder disputes
- Business torts
- Trade Secrets
- Government investigation and enforcement actions
- Article 78 proceedings
- Complex commercial litigation
- FINRA Arbitration

Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
