Who We Need: Our commercial real estate team is looking for an attorney with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience to work in our Buffalo, NY law firm. We are looking for a lawyer who is hard working, self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced legal environment, and contributes to our positive culture.
Areas of Focus:
- Commercial real estate sales & purchases
- Commercial loan transactions
- Commercial leases
- Secured lending and other financing transactions
- Representing commercial and multi-family sponsors
- Survey and title review
- Equity and debt financings transactions
- Property management and other commercial agreements
- Real property litigation
Salary Information:
$80,000 – $120,000 annually based on experience and skillset
