Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC seeks a talented Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team.

Areas of Focus:

• Commercial real estate sales & purchases
• Commercial loan transactions
• Commercial leases
• Secured lending and other financing transactions
• Representing commercial and multi-family sponsors
• Survey and title review
• Equity and debt financings transactions
• Property management and other commercial agreements
• Real property litigation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
• 3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from experienced attorneys.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.

Salary Range:

$100,000 – $145,000 per year depending on experience.
