Who We Need: Our litigation team is looking for an associate attorney with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience to work in our property insurance litigation, antitrust, and subrogation practice groups. We are looking for a lawyer who is hard working, self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced legal environment, and contributes to our positive culture.
Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Candidate should be familiar with all phases of discovery
- Prepare dispositive motions
- Conduct examinations and depositions under oath
- Conduct extensive document review in sophisticated commercial litigation
- Investigate and litigate arson and other fraudulent insurance claims
Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- 1 to 5 years’ experience
- Well-organized
- Have an interest in commercial litigation
- Excellent legal research skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- A self-starter
Salary Information:
$80,000 – $95,000 annually based on experience and skillset
