Chad Davenport is a vital member of our Civil Rights group, joining Rupp Pfalzgraf in 2018. A dedicated professional, Chad actively engages with organizations such as the International Law Students Association, the Order of Barristers, and the UB Law Alumni Association’s GOLD Group. His dedication and skill have earned him recognition as an Upstate New York Rising Star for multiple consecutive years. Chad earned his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
Carly Ekman joined the firm in April 2024. Carly is essential to our Trusts & Estate Planning and Elder Law teams, utilizing her extensive experience to help clients plan for the future. A graduate of Boston University School of Law, Carly is an active participant in the Erie County Bar Association and serves as a member of the Elder Law and Trusts and Estates Sections of the New York State Bar Association. Her achievements include receiving the Outstanding Woman Law Graduate Award.
Joining Rupp Pfalzgraf in 2020, Nick Vona is a key contributor to our Antitrust Law and Property Insurance Litigation groups. Nick maintains active involvement with both the Erie County and Niagara County Bar Associations. A graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, he was recognized as an Upstate New York Rising Star in 2024, reflecting his commitment to clients and exceptional legal skills.
