Qualifying to be one of Buffalo’s Best Places to Work is completely determined by employees, as they are asked to complete the Quantum Workplace employee engagement survey. The survey measures six key categories which are communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, team dynamics, personal engagement, and trust in leadership. If companies meet the minimum level of employee engagement, their score is calculated by compiling data from the questions to find an average score.
