Rupp Pfalzgraf proudly announces the appointment of Alysha Naik as a Partner to lead its New York City expansion. Alysha joins David Pfalzgraf, Managing Partner, Benjamin Burge, Partner, and others across the firm to spearhead its strategic growth in New York City.
Alysha previously practiced at Latham & Watkins LLP and Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP, where she represented clients like UBS, Virgin Media, Inc., and Mary Trump. She also represented several top professional golfers and their agents in LIV’s antitrust lawsuit against the PGA Tour and similar litigation. A graduate of University of Michigan Law School and Brown University, Alysha has obtained significant victories in high-stakes multi-million dollar litigation and pro bono cases alike.
“Rupp Pfalzgraf is a perfect fit for me because the firm is always thinking about how to be better, not just how to meet the status quo. The firm is not hampered by bureaucracy like many other law firms, and it has an entrepreneurial and creative spirit that leads its lawyers to finding the right solutions for their clients” says Alysha Naik.
“Alysha’s arrival marks a pivotal moment in Rupp Pfalzgraf’s ongoing growth strategy and we are very excited that she decided to join us. The firm just obtained a $1.5 million jury verdict in federal court and recently retained institutional clients with continuous litigation. We are excited for Alysha to help build upon that momentum” states David Pfalzgraf, Managing Partner of Rupp Pfalzgraf. Rupp Pfalzgraf’s New York City office is located at 126 E. 56th St., Suite 3300, New York, NY 10022 and is reachable at (212) 320-9515.
