Emily Gerace approaches her practice with a focus on efficiency and practical results. She works closely with clients to understand their goals, whether handling litigation or an insurance matter. Emily earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University at Buffalo and her J.D. from Albany Law School. Emily clerked for the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, which gave her insight into the litigation process and judicial decision-making. Other experience includes work in private practice and in the nonprofit sector.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and pets, especially during the summer, and she is a dedicated Buffalo Bills fan.
