To work as an attorney is an immense honor and privilege. Those in this profession are often the first called upon by individuals who are navigating what may be the most consequential problem or opportunity of their lives. This mindset guides my approach to the practice of law every day and in every meeting with a potential client. Accordingly, I give every client and every matter my all. Prior to joining the firm, I have advised clients both as in-house counsel and as a private practitioner. With my background, I understand how a business operates from the inside and how to add value as a team member from the outside. As a result, I appreciate the importance of providing legal counsel that is sound, cost-effective and actionable in the furtherance of a client’s goals.

My practice is primarily in corporate law, representing clients in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and capital raises, as well as commercial dispute resolutions and other general corporate matters.
