Greg Gaglione is an associate in the business law practice group where he helps clients with matters such as mergers and acquisitions; business organization, operating agreements and partnership agreements; business succession planning; corporate restructuring, contract review and negotiation; and commercial lease review and negotiation.  Greg also counsels clients on various data privacy and cybersecurity matters, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, United States (CIPP/US) as certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Greg is a proud alum of the University at Buffalo, where he pursued his undergraduate, graduate, and law degree.  In law school Greg was a Publications Editor on the Buffalo Law Review, where his comment on data privacy and the Equifax data breach was selected for publication. Greg concurrently earned his M.B.A. at the School of Management, providing him the opportunity to participate in the Western New York Prosperity Fellowship an innovative program that invests in the education of students with an entrepreneurial drive who want to make a difference in Western New York.
