Whether I’m conducting a complex compliance review, advising on employment issues, or litigating a dispute in state or federal court, I believe in being proactive—not reactive. My practice centers on helping employers navigate every aspect of their workforce. I work closely with management to strengthen compliance, implement practical training, and mitigate risk before it becomes exposure. I also guide employers through audits and internal investigations, and when litigation arises, I defend them against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, leave and accommodation laws, and other workplace-related statutes. I have substantial experience representing clients before agencies such as the New York State Division of Human Rights, the EEOC, the NLRB, and OSHA, as well as in state and federal courts.

Beyond my labor and employment work, I counsel businesses on general corporate matters—including operating and shareholder agreements and commercial leasing—and handle a range of complex contractual and business disputes.

As part of the firm’s new Artificial Intelligence Practice Group, I advise clients on developing and implementing responsible AI policies, governance structures, and compliance frameworks. My work includes helping organizations understand evolving legal and regulatory obligations, assess AI-related risk, and adopt practical safeguards for HR, operations, data use, and decision-making tools. I partner with clients to integrate AI in a manner that enhances efficiency while aligning with emerging federal and state requirements, ethical standards, and industry best practices.
