Samuel comes to the firm after serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County for five years. Samuel has argued cases in the Appellate Division, First Department, and the Appellate Term, First Department, and has briefed a case in New York’s highest court, the Court of Appeals. Samuel also represented the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office regularly in Article 78 proceedings relating to New York’s Freedom of Information Law. He is proficient in Spanish.
