In my role as AI Developer Lead, I utilize my experience in the design, development and evaluation of software pipelines to model data, generate recommendations for answering complex questions, upcycle labor, and enhance analysis infrastructure. I come from a background in Machine Translation, the field of research which has given us the modern transformer architecture (Bert, GPT, Llama, etc). Before working in development, I worked in customer service, systems and database administration, and application support roles. My experience includes ownership of technical products and deliverables, as well as technical team leadership.

As a Computational Linguist, my specialty is handling text. However, I am also versed in machine learning workflows such as computer vision, voice to text, signal processing, time series forecasting, and tabular data modeling. In my previous role as a Consulting Data Scientist, I produced deliverables for government and Fortune 100 commercial clients. My dedication to a quality end product and user satisfaction has come about over the course of a 10 year technical career, and in Rupp Pfalzgraf, I’ve found a wonderful opportunity to refine and further develop this dedication.

Outside of work, you can find me watching soccer, tending my garden, and spending time with my wife and daughter.
