I have worked with Rupp Pfalzgraf throughout my career and they do an excellent job. It was a very complicated case as to coverages, contracts, etc. Sometimes this job feels thankless when we know that even when we make a good settlement, we pay, but at least in this instance, we not only won the battle, we won the war.
