The former Villa Maria Academy, a beloved historic landmark, sat vacant for 17 years. Recently it underwent a remarkable 22.8 million-dollar transformation to become Angela’s House Senior Housing. This visionary project was developed by Delta Development and CB-Emmanuel Realty. It provides our seniors with comfortable, supportive, and dignified housing. We are thrilled to witness the preservation of this significant building while addressing the crucial needs of our elderly population.
Rupp Pfalzgraf project development and environmental law partner, Marc Romanowski, has provided counsel in the development of this project. It is a project he is particularly proud of. Angela’s House Senior Housing will serve as a beacon of compassion, providing a safe and nurturing environment for our seniors to thrive. The building now houses 67 apartments for low-income seniors, over the age of 55.
“Seven of the apartments are for mobility-impaired tenants, and 21 are reserved for frail and elderly seniors and those experiencing homelessness, who will pay no more than 30% of their income.”
