About Me

Since he was eight years old, Marco Cercone knew he wanted to be an attorney. Why? Because it was important to him to help solve problems and to make things easier for those around him who needed his help. As the son of two Italian immigrants, Marco learned the importance of fighting through challenges and that no task was too small. Every problem had a solution that typically involved hard work, commitment, and the use of one's skill — and that is the approach he carries with him in his practice of law.

Marco's method is to identify problems, think them through, fully understand them, and then find the best possible way to solve them, leaving no stone unturned. While he has gained considerable experience since those early days, this hands-on approach to problem-solving stays with him to this day for the betterment of his clients.

Whether he is fighting insurance fraud, valuing property insurance cases through the appraisal process or the broad evidence rule, lecturing to a group of insurance professionals about property insurance, teaching the next generation of legal professionals, or protecting consumers from price-fixing conspiracies by large, established corporations, Marco stays focused on the unique challenges at hand to give his clients the best possible outcome that can be achieved.

Every client, every piece of evidence, and every case is unique. This demands an attorney focused on the people, the problems, and the process necessary to get the job done. Every one of his clients gets that from Marco. Every. Single. Time.
