Theresa Kosmowski

After an early career in musical theatre, Terry transitioned into finance, driven by a passion for solving problems and fostering innovation. Joining Rupp Pfalzgraf in 2019 as an entry-level accounting professional, Terry steadily grew into the Director of Finance role through dedication, creativity, and a commitment to helping others succeed. With six years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance at the firm, Terry has built a reputation for delivering accurate and efficient results while gaining a deep understanding of the firm’s financial processes and client needs. 

While working at the firm, Terry earned a master’s degree with specialized coursework in corporate and cost accounting, process improvement, and leadership. Terry’s work focuses on auditing, improving processes, and providing a path for strategic decision-making through clear communication and data-driven insights.

Outside of work, Terry enjoys running, spending time with her husband and dogs, and finding meaningful ways to engage with the community.
