Michael L. Schwartz, Esq.

In his role as Strategic Operations and Legal Affairs, Michael’s objective is to work with firm leadership to turn firm priorities into completed work. Prior to joining Rupp Pfalzgraf, Michael served as Director Operations and in-house counsel at an agricultural commodities trading company. There he handled contract review, employee agreements, regulatory compliance, human resources, and business intelligence. His background gives him the unusual combination of legal training, operational experience, and technical fluency. As an attorney, Michael also works with the Veterinary Law & Ethics and Business Law practice groups.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with family, attempting DIY projects, and watching and playing sports.
