Nichols School Mock Trial Advances

The Nichols School high school mock trial team is heading to the Erie County finals where they will face City Honors. Rupp Baase Pfalzgraf Cunningham attorneys James Graber, Aaron Knights, and Tony Rupp serve as attorney advisors for the mock trial team. The mock trial program is an educational program where students gain first-hand knowledge of civil/criminal law and courtroom procedures.

The final round in this year’s Bar Association of Erie County High School Mock Trial Tournament will take place on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at 5:30 p.m via zoom. Nichols School will compete as the prosecution in the finals, while City Honors will compete as the defense.

Congratulations to the Nichols School for making it this far in the tournament. We are all proud of you here at Rupp Baase. We wish both teams the best of luck as they prepare to compete in the final round.

Thank you to James Graber, Aaron Knights, and Tony Rupp for giving back to the community and investing your time into advising these future leaders through their mock trial tournament. Hopefully some of these exceptional students will someday be Rupp Baase Pfalzgraf Cunningham attorneys. Good luck to all!
