About Me

Adam Brasky arrives at the office every morning with one goal: to collect the money that his clients are owed. He works with clients including national and regional banks, credit unions, large and small businesses, and individuals to collect on unpaid commercial and consumer loans, mortgage loans, auto loans, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, commissions, foreclosures, evictions, and judgment enforcement matters. Working efficiently to ensure that clients do not throw good money after bad, Adam guides them through the litigation process from crafting a demand letter, to filing a lawsuit, to obtaining a judgment, to enforcing the judgment in order to achieve the outcome that really matters: putting money back into his clients' pockets.

Adam also works closely with clients in the construction industry to protect their right to payment and resolve disputes efficiently. He represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and property owners in matters involving mechanic's liens, lien law compliance, surety bond claims, bid disputes, and payment and performance litigation. From drafting and negotiating construction contracts to enforcing lien rights and litigating complex construction claims, Adam helps his clients navigate the legal and financial challenges of construction projects with one goal in mind: ensuring they are paid fairly and on time for their work.
