Brandon Snyder

Brandon Snyder is a litigation attorney at Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC whose practice is built on a straightforward principle: leave no stone unturned.  Since joining the firm following his admission to the bar in 2021, Brandon has developed a broad and sophisticated practice spanning insurance coverage defense, subrogation, construction litigation, and complex commercial disputes.  He approaches every matter with the same tenacity — whether he is defending an insurance carrier against a multimillion-dollar property claim or advocating for a business owner whose interests have been compromised.

Brandon regularly represents insurance carriers and their insureds in first-party and third-party matters, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of a claim — from coverage analysis and appraisal through trial or resolution.  His subrogation experience encompasses a wide array of loss types and disputes, from residential and commercial property losses to complex construction and environmental claims.  He litigates and advocates across all major forums — New York state courts, the Northern and Western Districts of New York, insurance appraisal proceedings, and arbitration before various panels.  

On the commercial side, Brandon represents business owners and corporate clients in shareholder disputes, contract litigation, and construction matters, including large-scale environmental and contamination cases.
