David Pfalzgraf, Jr.

For David, it starts and ends with teamwork, and a mindset that the interests of clients and the firm must always be elevated above self-interest. It's a mindset he developed over years of competing on athletic fields and while serving in the United States Navy. David's client and people-first, collaborative approach helps the firm build strong professional and personal relationships with clients and gets everyone working toward a common goal, whether he's helping a closely-held family business or a publicly traded corporation. His experience includes business formation, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, financing and investment matters, development matters, labor and employment issues, and commercial transactions.

Outside the office, David is proud to serve on numerous for profit and not for profit boards and loves to travel with his wife and his four grown children. He is also an avid and accomplished squash player and Ironman.
