About Me

Elisha Teibel focuses her practice primarily on commercial litigation, representing businesses and professionals in complex disputes in federal and state courts. She works closely with clients to understand both the legal and business dimensions of a conflict, helping them evaluate risk, develop practical strategies, and pursue efficient resolutions. Whether through motion practice, discovery, or trial preparation, Elisha’s goal is to advocate effectively while keeping the client’s broader objectives in focus. She takes great pride in helping clients navigate challenging situations and providing dependability in the midst of uncertainty.

Elisha’s clients range from small and mid-sized businesses to larger organizations across a variety of industries. She frequently handles disputes involving contracts, business relationships, and other commercial matters, and she also assists employers in navigating labor and employment issues when litigation arises. She approaches each matter with a commitment to thorough preparation, clear communication, and practical problem-solving.

Before entering private practice, Elisha developed a strong academic foundation at William & Mary Law School and Niagara University, where she graduated summa cum laude. That background continues to inform her analytical approach to legal issues and her focus on delivering thoughtful, well-reasoned advocacy for her clients.

Outside of her legal practice, Elisha volunteers as a student tutor through Lawyers for Learning, a local not-for-profit organization that partners with a public grade school on the West Side of Buffalo, New York. She also enjoys cooking, playing piano, and tennis.
