Elizabeth DiPirro

Elizabeth M. DiPirro concentrates her practice exclusively in Matrimonial and Family Law and has been representing clients in these matters since 2006. Admitted to practice in New York State in 1989, she brings decades of legal experience and a compassionate, practical approach to helping individuals and families navigate complex personal and financial issues.

Ms. DiPirro is a Fellow of the Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a distinction she has held since 2012. She is also certified in both Mediation and Collaborative Law, allowing her to offer clients alternatives to traditional litigation when appropriate. She believes that every family matter requires thoughtful guidance, open communication, and a strategy tailored to the client’s unique circumstances and goals.

Ms. DiPirro has been recognized as a Super Lawyer for Upstate New York since 2012, with 2026 marking her fifteenth year receiving this distinction.

A dedicated member of the Erie County Bar Association, Ms. DiPirro previously served for several years as Co-Chair of the Matrimonial Practice and Procedure Committee.

She has also lectured for both the New York State Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association on a variety of topics relating to matrimonial and family law.
