About Me
Helene previously served the State of New York as an environmental attorney and administrative law judge. She has a passion for conservation of open space and has served on two land trust boards — the Mohawk Hudson Land Conservancy and the E.N. Huyck Preserve. She has also been a volunteer mediator with the court-affiliated mediation program — Common Ground (Catskill, NY) since 1995. Helene grew up in New York City and began her professional career there, but has lived in the Helderbergs southwest of the City of Albany for over 30 years.
In addition to serving as Of Counsel to the Albany office of Rupp Pfalzgraf, she is a professional dog trainer with two certifications and an avid equestrian. Helene resides with her husband and two dogs in the small town of Berne, NY.
