Jackie Michael

As a Human Resources Manager, Jackie’s goal is to support employees throughout their lifecycle with the firm while ensuring the organization operates effectively. She believes an organization’s greatest asset is its people, and she’s fortunate that her role allows her to work alongside individuals to support, develop, and grow talent. She approaches her work by building trust, maintaining an open-door environment, and leading with empathy.

Jackie’s career has provided the opportunity to work with organizations ranging from small teams of 20 employees to large companies with more than 22,000. These experiences have broadened her perspective and strengthened her ability to adapt and lead in a variety of environments. Along the way, she has learned valuable lessons from both successes and challenges, using those experiences to shape her growth and help guide and develop others.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, going for walks with her dogs Bruno and Sugar, and playing video games. She and her husband stay busy attending events and cheering on their two daughters in their after-school activities. She proudly embraces her role as a Dance and Softball Mom!
