Jacob J. Honan

Jacob Honan is a business litigation associate whose practice spans the full arc of a dispute, including pre-suit negotiations, arbitration, and New York State and federal court lawsuits. He represents a diverse range of clients, including start-ups, financial institutions, public benefit corporations, national companies, contractors, small business owners, investment brokers, and individuals, across matters involving contract claims, shareholder disputes, employment investigations, business torts, and ERISA. Jacob also has experience in administrative law and regulatory proceedings, including matters before FINRA.

Jacob approaches every matter by first working to understand what his client wants to achieve, then building a focused strategy to get there. He is a practical and aggressive advocate who keeps his clients’ goals at the center of every decision. Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing and listening to music, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.
