Jacob Wacker

Jacob Wacker is the firm’s Senior Developer and the lead architect of Rupp Pfalzgraf’s AI and automation infrastructure. He designs and implements proprietary systems that streamline internal processes and the practice of law. Jacob’s lifelong, self-directed engagement with technology—spanning software development, electronics, and 3D modeling—drives his innovative approach to building systems that bridge the worlds of engineering and law.  Earlier in his career, Jacob served as a litigation paralegal on complex civil rights cases, gaining extensive experience in discovery, motion practice, legal research, jury selection, trial preparation, and client management. He holds an A.S. in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Erie and is commissioned as a Notary Public in New York State.
