Jonathan Kapus

Jon earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in May 2018 and was subsequently admitted to practice law in Ohio in November 2018. In Ohio, Jon handled Domestic Relations, Property Damage, Personal Injury, and Medical Malpractice cases, primarily in and around the Cleveland area. During his practice in Ohio, he obtained over $1,000,000 in settlements for his clients.

After several years of practicing in Ohio, in 2022, Jon returned home to Buffalo, NY, in order to be closer to his family. When he returned, Jon began working for the VA and as a wrestling coach for his alma mater, Amherst Central Schools. Jon was then admitted to practice law in New York in January of 2026. Besides practicing law and coaching, Jon enjoys playing video games with friends, going camping and hiking; and cheering on the Bills, Sabers, and Bandits during his free time.

When it comes to representing clients, Jon commits 110% to their assistance and to do everything possible to achieve the best possible result possible for them. There is not a case or claim that he shies away from. He also enjoys taking on new challenges and ever-expanding his legal knowledge and skills.
