Keli Iles-Hernandez is a member of our Divorce & Family Law group. While her practice spans all aspects of family law, she concentrates on family formation. With extensive experience in New York State fertility and surrogacy law, she provides trusted legal guidance for individuals and couples building their families through adoption, surrogacy, and other methods of assisted reproduction. Keli’s work in this area has earned consistent recognition, including being named to the Upstate New York Super Lawyers list for the past five years and to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America.
Gerald Whalen II is a member of Rupp Pfalzgraf’s Business Law group, where he advises corporate clients on complex legal matters with a practical, business-focused approach. His practice includes representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, financings, and capital raises, as well as commercial disputes and general corporate matters. In addition to his legal work, Gerald is deeply involved in the Western New York community. He serves on the board of trustees for the Irish Classical Theatre Company and the Board of Trustees at Shea’s Performing Arts Center, along with supporting several other organizations.
